Pamela Adams is the President and CEO of Adams Consulting Group. A professional with more than 30 years of experience, she has been very successful building partnerships between communities, government and the private sector. Prior to establishing Adams Consulting Group in 2000, Ms. Adams was a senior executive in the healthcare industry.
 
Pamela, a native New Yorker, relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1993. Born and raised in New York, she attended the New York City public schools and was the first in her family to attend and complete college. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan in Kalamazoo, Michigan, she earned her Master’s in Public Administration form Pennsylvania State University.

Pamela is a personable dynamic with a hands-on approach to each project and client. Bringing out of the box and creative solutions to her clients make her one of the most sought after consultant in the area.

Pamela is a strong believer in community service and is currently Chairperson of the Fort Lauderdale Midtown Business Association and serves on the Board of Ashanti Cultural Arts. She formerly served on the Boards of Jack and Jill Children's Center, Urban League of Broward County, First Call for Help, United Way of Broward County, St. Thomas University Presidents Advisory and Board of Directors, Florida Grand Opera and Broward County Library Foundation. Her civic involvement includes having served on the Fort Lauderdale Planning and Zoning, Beach Redevelopment and Marine Advisory Boards.

She has received numerous recognitions for her community involvement and contributions, most recently from the Deliver the Dream Foundation. An alumna of Leadership Florida, Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor Degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Pennsylvania University.
